Construction and Building Permits

Reviews and issues permit applications including but not limited to new homes, additions or sunrooms, pools or hot tubs, re-roof, siding, fences being used as pool barriers, garage or basement conversions, new or replaced heating, air conditioners, alarms, electric service, water and sewer connections, pole barns or sheds and decks. Our office also performs rental inspections and CCO inspections for resale property, Monday thru Friday.

Home Improvement Contractors

The Contractor's Registration Act requires that home improvement contractors be registered with the Division of Consumer Affairs by December 31, 2005. Accordingly all permit applications received after that date must include a copy of the home improvement contractor's registration documentation.
