Our goal at the Department of Municipal Utilities is to provide our customers with the highest quality water resource which meets all State and Federal Requirements. We are also committed in providing outstanding service in a professional, courteous, and timely manner throughout the community, in the field, and our offices, with dignity and respect given to each customer’s request. E-BILLS FOR TOWNSHIP WATER/SEWER

We now offer paperless billing for all township residents with water and sewer accounts.  To sign up for this service we will require authorization in writing by the property owner - include name, property location, and account number with a valid email address. 

You can send this information two (2) ways

PROCEDURES FOR A SEWER SERVICE PROBLEM

Occasionally a homeowner will experience a problem with their sewer service, i.e., lateral blocked, drain lines not draining or draining extremely slowly.

As the owner you are responsible for your sewer lateral from the house to the street. A backup may be internal, or it may be from the sewer main located in the street.

It is recommended to contact Winslow Township Utilities first before contacting a plumber by calling (609) 567-0700 Monday thru Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Winslow Township Utilities will check the sewer lines in the street and will advise you if it is necessary to contact a plumber.

Please be aware, that once a resident contacts a plumber, the resident is responsible for all costs associated with the plumber fees, etc.

After hours, holidays, nights and weekends – residents may call the non-emergency police number at (609) 561-3300 and On-Call Personnel from the Utilities Department will be dispatched to investigate.
