Water and Sewer Billing
Billing is calculated on a quarterly basis. The billing quarters are January 1st - March 31st, April 1st - June 30th, July 1st - September 30th, and October 1st - December 31st.

Payments are due on or before the 30th day of the month that the bill is received. If payment is not received within 15 days from billing date, your service may be disconnected. Service shall not be renewed until the arrears are paid-in-full, including a service fee of $50. The penalty for late payments have a grace period of 10 days at 12% there after until current. It is the responsibility of the property owner to make all payments when due, whether a bill is received or is not. If a balance is left unpaid a lien will be placed against the property and be eligible for the Tax sale held in the last quarter of the calendar year.
All check and money order payments should be made payable to Winslow Township Utilities Department. Please make sure you have your account number accompany all payments. Payments can be mailed to Winslow Township Utilities Department 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ 08037. For your convenience there is also a payment drop box inside the Winslow Township Police Department that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Department of Tax Collections processes the payments for the Department of Municipal Utilities. Any questions concerning missing payments or returned checks please contact the Collections Department at 609-567-0700 prompt #3
Water Billing
Quarterly water billing will begin once connection is completed by your plumber. The Township's plumbing inspector and the Municipal Utilities Department must inspect and seal the connection. Water is always billed for the consumption from the quarter before the current bill at a flat rate of $106.00 per quarter up to 15,000 gallons. Any excess usage will be billed as follows: Please note all excess is calculated in 10,000 gal. increments.

The residents that are qualified for and already receiving the Property tax deductions may also qualify to receive a deduction on their quarterly water bill. Please contact the Tax Collector's or the Tax Assessor's office at 609-567-0700 for qualification requirements and forms.
Residents are required to keep the area of the remote reader device accessible from the street and free of any barriers, paint or vegetation that may impair the reading of your remote. Residents are also required to allow Winslow Township Municipal Utility workers access to meters for repairs and maintenance when needed. Quarterly usage will be estimated when reading of meter is not accessible.
Please note: Homeowners should never pay a estimated bill, your bill is flagged when an estimated reading occurs. The property owner or tenant should contact the Utility Department for a Meter upgrade or repair for all estimated billings. Remember when living in Camden County and being connected to the public sewer system, TWO SEWER BILLS will be received - one from Winslow Township for the maintenance of the sewer system and one from CCMUA for regional sewer treatment.
