Winslow Township 17th Annual Halloween Festival will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 (rain date Saturday, October 27, 2012) at Miller’s Mulch, 625 South Egg Harbor Road (Rt. 561), Hammonton, New Jersey, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
