LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that at the Reorganization Meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Winslow held on January 15^th, 2026, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, has by Resolution, awarded Professional Contracts to the following:

• PR2026-004; Shirley Grasso, Esq., from the Law Firm of Shirley Grasso, as Planning Board Solicitor, in a maximum amount not to exceed $185.00 per hour.
• PR2026-005; Lou Garty, Esq., of counsel Nash Perez, LLC, as Planning Board Conflict Solicitor, in a maximum amount not to exceed $185.00 per hour.
• PR2026-006; Uzo Ahiarakwe and/or his designee of Tochi Consulting Engineers as Planning Board Engineer in a maximum amount not to exceed $225.00 per hour.
• PR2026-008; Gary White and/or his designee of Churchill Consulting Engineers., as Planning Board Conflict Engineer in an amount of $210.00 per hour.
• PR2026-010; Uzo Ahiarakwe and/or his designee of Tochi Consulting Engineers as Planning Board Traffic Engineer in an amount of $225.00 per hour.

Duration of Contract: One Year, expiring December 31, 2026, or until a replacement is appointed.

Service and Amount: Services as assigned, at variable rates per hour as per rate schedules are on file. A copy of the Resolution and Contract will be on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk, Township of Winslow, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, N.J. 08037.

            NOTICE is hereby given that at the Reorganization Meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Winslow held on January 15th, 2026, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, Resolution PR2026-014 was adopted establishing the Courier Post and/or the Hammonton Gazette as the official newspapers for notices for applications and decisions of the Winslow Township Planning Board for the calendar year 2026.   

This Resolution will be on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Planning Board, Township of Winslow, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ  08037.

LEGAL NOTICE

            Notice is hereby given that at the Reorganization Meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Winslow held on January 15, 2026, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey Resolution PR2026-012 was adopted establishing Meeting Dates and Time.  All Regular Meetings of the Planning Board will begin at 7:00 PM and no new application will be started after 11:00 PM unless extended by majority vote of the Planning Board.  Resolution PR2026-015 was adopted establishing Submission Deadlines, Notification Deadlines and Meeting Dates.

These Resolutions will be on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Planning Board, Township of Winslow, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ  08037.
