The 2025 Tax Sale has been scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Courtroom. 

The Tax Sale will include any 2024 or prior delinquencies for Property Tax, Winslow Township Utility charges, other Township miscellaneous charges, CCMUA, Berlin Borough MUA charges and Waterford Township MUA charges.
