Halloween Trick or Treat hours in Winslow Township are hereby declared from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, the same as previous years.
A special curfew is set at 8:00 pm on the evenings of October 30th and October 31st for those under 18 years of age.
