Winslow Township 16th Annual Halloween Festival will be held Saturday, October 22, 2011 (rain date Saturday, October 29, 2011) at Miller’s Mulch, 625 South Egg Harbor Road (Rt. 561), Hammonton, New Jersey, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
