Winslow Township 15th Annual Halloween Festival will be held Saturday, October 23, 2010 (rain date Saturday, October 30, 2010) at Miller’s Mulch, 625 South Egg Harbor Road (Rt. 561), Hammonton, New Jersey, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
