PUBLIC NOTICE

Take Notice that on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., The Planning Board of the Township of Winslow will be holding a Special Meeting where a Public Hearing will be held on the adoption of the 2026 Master Plan, Land Use Element & Climate Change-Related Hazard Vulnerability Assessment together with 2026 Master Plan Land Use Element Addendum, which if adopted, will supplement, change and/or alter the Winslow Township Master Plan as amended.  The Hearing will be held  at the Courtroom, Winslow Township Municipal Building, 125 S. Rt. 73, Winslow Township, New Jersey.  The hearing on November 12, 2026 is a continuation of the hearing previously conducted on September 17, 2026 wherein the Winslow Township Planning Board opened the hearing on the 2026 Master Plan, Land Use Element & Climate Change-Related Hazard Vulnerability Assessment.  A copy of the proposed  2026 Master Plan Land Use Element & Climate Change-Related Hazard Vulnerability Assessment, together with the 2026 Master Plan Land Use Element Addendum, along with the Master Plan as amended and supplemented, and all prior Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plans, are on file in the Clerk’s Office of Winslow Township, at 125 S. Rt. 73 Winslow Township NJ, and also in the office of the Winslow Township Planning Board secretary in the annex at the Municipal Building aforedescribed, and are available for inspection at normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  At the special meeting on November 12, 2026, the Winslow Township Planning Board may also act on other matters that would routinely come before it.
