LEGAL NOTICE(S)

Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Winslow held on October 14, 2026, the following Resolutions were memorialized:

ZR2026-034 granting the application of 510 Williamstown Solar, LLC for Use Variance relief, Conditional Use Variance relief ad a Waiver from the requirement to submit a Site Plan for approval, with respect to the property identified as Block 2901, Lots 3, 3.01 & 3.02, which is more commonly known as 510 Williamstown Road.  

ZR2026-035 granting the application of W.M. Capital, LLC for Use Variance relief, Conditional Use Variance relief and a Waiver from the requirement to submit a Site Plan for approval, with respect to the property identified as Block 2201, Lot 10 which is more commonly identified as Block 2201, Lot 10, which is more commonly known as 519 Williamstown Road.

ZR2026-036 granting the application of Julius and Anna Whidbee for Bulk Variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 12302, Lot 104, which is more commonly known as 21 Acorn Court.

ZR2026-037 memorializing the Board's determination to grant a one year permit extension as requested by Country Aire at Winslow, LLC with respect to the property identified as Block 204, Lots 2 and 4, which is more commonly known as N. Route 73 and Tom Wells Road, so as to extend the previously granted relief and approvals until October 8, 2027.
