NOTICE OF ONLINE PUBLIC SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Winslow, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, have authorized the sale of surplus property through an online public auction in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and Resolution No. R-2026-248.

The online public auction will be conducted through GovDeals and is scheduled to begin on or about September 8, 2026, and conclude on or about September 15, 2026.

A complete listing of all surplus property being offered for sale, together with photographs, descriptions, and the terms and conditions of the auction, will be available on the GovDeals website prior to the commencement of the auction.

All property is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS," without express or implied warranties or guarantees. The Township of Winslow reserves the right to withdraw any item from the sale at any time and to reject any or all bids when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Township.

Prospective bidders must register with GovDeals and comply with all bidding requirements established by GovDeals in order to participate in the auction.
