1. PROPOSALS:  Sealed proposals for the following: Supply and Delivery of Public Water System Chemicals 2026 for the Township of Winslow will be received at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at which time bids will be  opened via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time.    All proposals shall be submitted through the  OpenGov Procurement Portal.  Bids will be publicly posted on the OpenGov eProcurement portal.
   The Township Committee and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals.
2. SPECIFICATIONS: Specification and Form of Bid for “Supply and Delivery of Public Water System Chemicals 2026” can be downloaded from https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/winslowtownship.
3. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REGULATIONS:  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
