PUBLIC NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT OF

MUNICIPAL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE

             Notice is hereby given that the Township of Winslow, County of Camden, New Jersey, has set Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the courtroom of Winslow Township Municipal Complex, 125 South Route 73, as the date, time and place to consider the offer of the lien buyer, to acquire by assignment, the Tax Sale Certificate listed below held by the Township of Winslow.

             Said offer represents the amount due on the Tax Sale Certificate with subsequent liens.  The owner of said property and all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard prior to taking action by the Winslow Township Committee.
