PUBLIC NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT OF

MUNICIPAL TAX SALE CERTIFICATES

             Notice is hereby given that the Township of Winslow, County of Camden, New Jersey, has set Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the courtroom of Winslow Township Municipal Complex, 125 South Route 73, as the date, time and place to consider the offer of the lien buyer, to acquire by assignment, the Tax Sale Certificate listed below held by the Township of Winslow.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT that the Township of Winslow, Municipal Corporation situated at 125 S. Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey, in Camden County and the State of New Jersey, holder of the below mentioned Municipal Lien, does hereby, for the consideration noted, grant, bargain, set over and assign in the amount of $5,600 unto Karen Badiacco, their successors and assigns, all rights, title and interest in and to the following described Municipal Lien Certificate and does further appoint said person its true and lawful attorney, at the said person’s proper cost and charges to have all lawful ways and means for the recovery of all sums due thereon or accrue due thereon, and in the event of such recovery otherwise to discharge the same as fully as the said municipality might have or could do in absence of these present:

             Said offer represents less than the amount due on the Tax Sale Certificate with subsequent liens.  The owner of said property and all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard prior to taking action by the Winslow Township Committee.

This assignment is made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-113 and upon notice given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-114.2(b), a Resolution of the Governing Body approving same, and disclosures made of the records of the Tax Collector.
