NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Winslow held on November 12,  2025 , RESOLUTION ZR2025-035 was adopted memorializing the Zoning Board’s determination to approve the request of Richard Davis for a Ninety (90) Day Extension of the time to record the Minor Subdivision Deed based upon the application granted with respect to the property identified as Bock 4801, Lot 10, which is more commonly known as 203 Pump Branch Road.
