2009 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION

TIME:     5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

PLACE:   Winslow Municipal Clerk’s Office

                 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ

COST:     $250.00 per student

Children ages 6 to 12 years (must be 6 by Sept 30, 2009)  

Documents Needed: Birth Certificate, Current Report Card, Proof of Residence, Proof of Guardianship (tax bill, electric bill or drivers license of parent/guardian)

Camp will begin Monday June 29 until Friday July 31 Time: 8:00am to 2:00 pm

Limited to only 300 students

First come with all documents

After Care - 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm - $30 per week
