A friendly reminder to residents that it is the pet owner's responsibility (or whomever has care, control or custody of the dog/cat) to immediately clean up the animal waste in any private or public land areas and to please be mindful of not allowing animals to defecate on other resident's private property. Animal waste must be cleaned up regularly even on your own property due to the potential nuisance and health hazards.
