Announcement from the Assessor’s Office
2020 Notice of Assessment Post Cards were mailed on 1/31/2020 to all property owners at the mailing address indicated on the Assessment List effective 1/10/2019 in accordance with NJSA 54:4-38.1.
Property owners who disagree with the assessed value shown (not the taxes) may file an appeal on or before April 1, 2020. The Camden County Board of Taxation will be accepting online Petitions of Appeals this year. Property owners can go online and follow the applicable instructions at https://www.camdencounty.com/service/board-of-taxation/
Paper appeals are still being accepted by the County Board of Taxation and can be obtained by visiting the Camden County Board of Taxation in-person at 520 Market Street, 7th Floor, Camden, NJ. Or visit the County Board’s website https://www.camdencounty.com/service/board-of-taxation/ for instructions and downloadable paper appeal forms.

Property owners who did not receive or require a copy of the post card can print a copy by going to https://taxlookup.njtown.net/Default.aspx Click on the MOD4 Search tab and then follow the drop down boxes for County / Municipality / etc. The Assessor’s Office cannot mail copies.
Property owners should verify that the Assessment Records have their correct mailing address. If any changes are required please email the Assessor assessor@winslowtownship.com or fax an Address Change Form to the assessor’s office fax 609-561-8197.
