Property owners currently receiving Farmland Assessment should receive their Annual Farmland applications by the end of June.The Assessor will be inspecting farms over the next few months. The State of New Jersey has amended the application and property owners are urged to read all the instructions that will be included with the application. The deadline for filing the applications is August 1, 2018. The Assessor’s Staff is always available to answer any questions.
