PUBLIC NOTICE: CHANGE OF MEETING LOCATIONS TO VIDEO TELECONFERENCE
WINSLOW TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD
In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, and the recommendations of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services, Winslow Township will host a Zoning Board meeting via video teleconferencing on March 10th, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The previously noticed 2021 public meetings/hearings of the Zoning Board for the Township of Winslow will be changed to occur virtually via video teleconferencing by way of Zoom Video Communications rather than an “in person” meeting. Members of the public will have full access to the meeting/hearings and will also be able to give comment and/or cross examine witnesses through Zoom or telephone.
This action is being taken in order to limit any potential spread of COVID-19 and protect the safety of both residents, township staff, professionals and applicants. All plans and materials on the Agenda are electronically available for public review on the Winslow Township website at www.winslowtownship.com. Members of the public may contact the Zoning Board Secretary at 609-567-0700 extension 8007 or email@example.com to receive a hard copy of the plans and application by mail or drop/pick up by appointment. Applicant exhibits will be posted on the website in advance of the scheduled Board Meeting and posted for Board and public access prior to and during the video meeting. The Zoning Board will also be voting on the Meeting Minutes from any prior meeting, and to memorialize any Resolutions previously adopted. To facilitate the meeting, the township will be using the video conferencing service ZOOM. If members of the public wish to offer a public comment, Winslow Township encourages members of the public to attend the Zoning Board meeting virtually. If you wish to participate in the virtual meeting, please contact the Board Secretary at (609)567-0700 extension 8007. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment at such meetings will be provided the ability to do so during a specific portion of the meeting. Members of the public looking to offer a comment are to follow the steps below.

If you do not have a computer or access to technology, you may access the meeting(s) via telephone by calling (929)205-6099 and then entering the meeting ID and password (Meeting ID: 972 6082 6411 Passcode: 656370 for the March 10th, 2021 meeting) but functionality will be limited. If you need assistance, you may contact the Zoning Board Secretary. If you would like to review plans, and if you cannot do so online, the Board Secretary can assist you, and plans can be mailed to you.

If you contact the Board Secretary via email prior to 4:30 p.m. the day before the meeting, with your name, address and comments, same will be read into the record at the time of the hearing.
Meeting Participation Rules:
1. All participants will be set to “listen only”.
2. If a participant during a ZOOM would like to comment during a portion of the meeting set aside for public participation, they must click the “Raise Hand” button and the host will unmute them.
3. If a participant who has dialed into ZOOM would like to comment during a portion set aside for public participation, they must dial *9 which is the code for Raise Hand, or *6 which is the code for unmute, and the host will unmute them at the appropriate time.
