Any member of the public who wishes to participate a public comment at such meetings will be provided the ability to do so during a specific portion of the meeting. Members of the public looking to offer a comment are to follow the steps below.

If you do not have a computer or access to technology, you may access the meeting(s) via telephone by calling (929)205-6099 and then entering the meeting ID (985 5797 9101 for the June, 18th 2020 meeting) but functionality will be limited. If you need assistance, you may contact the Planning Board Secretary. If you would like to review plans, and if you cannot do so online, the Board Secretary can assist you, and plans can be mailed to you.
If you contact the Board Secretary via email prior to 4:30 p.m. the day before the meeting, with your name, address and comments, same will be read into the record at the time of the hearing.
Meeting Participation Rules:
1. All participants will be set to “listen only”.
2. If a participant during a ZOOM would like to comment during a portion of the meeting set aside for public participation, they must click the “Raise Hand” button and the host will unmute them.
3. If a participant who has dialed into ZOOM would like to comment during a portion set aside for public participation, they must dial *9 which is the code for Raise Hand, or *6 which is the code for unmute, and the host will unmute them at the appropriate time.
