HALLOWEEN NOTICE TO
WINSLOW RESIDENTS
Halloween Trick or Treat hours in Winslow Township are hereby declared from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 31, 2019, the same as previous years. Rain or shine. The Mayor and Township Committee stress that the usual precautions by parents and children should be taken. The Governing Body has requested the Police Department to be on special alert due to concerns about seasonal mischief. In addition a special curfew is set at 8:00 pm on the evenings of October 30th and October 31st for those under 18 years of age. Thank you.
